Property Management Services

    Our homes are rented quickly due to the extensive marketing plan we have for each property. In today’s market everything is done online and that is our focus with advertising your property. North Carolina is one of the fastest growing states online advertising is the best way to reach these potential tenants. In addition, there are signs posted on the property and surrounding areas, and our experts work with the hiring and relocation departments of major employers in the area, colleges, etc. You also have the option of listing your rental on the Multiple Listing Service, which makes it accessible to all North Carolina real estate agents. Your property will be marketed on every avenue available in order to get your home rented first and fast.

  • RENT COLLECTION

    Rents are processed efficiently and in most cases can guarantee it to the owner by the next business day of the 15th. In the event that a tenant does not pay on time, our legal actions to collect rent or evict the tenant will proceed promptly and accurately. In cases where additional legal knowledge or representation is necessary, we have attorneys that we can put you in contact with if the need would ever arise.

  • TENANT SCREENING

    Our leasing agent, check out keys to show your home, getting completed applications and conducting an extensive screening of the applicant. Including credit check, eviction and criminal background check, rental history and employment verification. We make sure all the legal documents (lease, addendum’s, move in packet, etc.) are signed and monies owed are received prior to releasing keys and possession.

  • MAINTENANCE

    Protection and upkeep of your investment is of paramount importance to maintaining property value and happy tenants. Our in-house pool of handymen and other professional service personnel know all our properties and are on call to fix any problems that arise. Remember these are subcontractors and we have no control over their pricing and ability. We cannot be held responsible for what they do.

  • FEES

    There is a small start-up fee to begin advertising your home for rent and to set up your account which is only $100. We do not charge a commission while the property is vacant. Once your tenant moves in, we charge a monthly management fee.
